Changzhou MADE Automation specializes in drum dryers, food processing machinery, and packaging machines. Their overarching objective is to continually enhance service delivery and provide customers with solutions tailored to their specific needs.
The mainstay of their production is a comprehensive production line engineered for creating flour and flakes from rice, wheat, potato, yam, and more. Additionally, they offer separate units of the production line as per customers' requests.
Their offerings are characterized by two major process flows:
1. The Rice and Wheat Flake Line, which turns rice and wheat into flakes. These can be combined with hot water to produce instant food for infants and babies. The process encompasses stages from the transportation and rinsing of raw materials, slurry formation, and drum dryer baking, to the final packaging of the finished products.
2. The Potato and Yam Flake/Whole Powder Line, designed to produce from potatoes and yam. This flake or whole powder serves as a ready-to-use raw material for products such as mashed potatoes with original flavor and nutrients. The process flow includes stages like washing, skin steaming, peeling, slicing,blanching, steam cooking, drum dryer baking, and packaging.

Rice Flour and Oatmeal Manufacturing System
1. Preprocessing Automatic Material Handling (Motor Power: 3kw)
Function: To automatically transfer materials to Automatic Rice Washing System
2. Rice Washing Machine (Capacity: 400L; Motor Power: 4kw)
Function: For automatic stirring, automatic rice washing, automatic rice discharging, controllable duration and times of rice soaking and washing
3. Automatic Pulverizing (Water Mill) System (Electric Motor; Feed Hopper, etc.)
Function: For crushing rice and has good sealing performance and no material leakage during grinding.
4. Powder Collecting, Dust Elimination System
Function: To collect crushed rice flour and superfluous dust
5. Pilverizer (Throughput: 300 to 800kg/hr; Motor Power: 18.5kw)
Function: To achieve controllable automatic rice pulverization and adaptive On/Off control according to preceding and following processes
Pulping System
1. Temporary Storage Bucket (Capacity: 900L; Motor Power: 3kw)
Function: To control Intake and Discharge of rice pulp with controllable stirring speed and time
2. Pulping and Mixing Bucket (Capacity: 900L; Motor Power: 3kw)
Function: For automatic pulping with controllable speed and duration of pulping operation and monitoring system
3. Automatic Evenly Pulping System (Pulp Intake and Discharge Pipe; Electric Motor; Frequency Converter; Colloid Mill, etc.)
Function: To automatically mix well pulp
4. Automatic Pulp Supply System (Pipe; Electric Motor; Reduction Drive; Frequency Converter; Rotor Pump; Solenoid Valve,etc.)
Function: To automatically transfer the mixed pulp to the next process

Baking System
1. Drum Dryer and Rollers
Function: The drum Dryer is used for hatching and baking through the realization of speed control and power supply of the Drum Dryer and small rollers.
Description: Drum Dryer and rollers can also hatch and roll up materials, separate materials from Drum Dryer, control slurry axial leakage along drum and rollers, and lead the slurry at both ends of small rollers to the work area.
2. Power System (Main Electric Motor; Reduction Drive; Frequency Converter; Big Gear; Bearing Block; Main Drive and Small Roller Gear)
Function: To supply power for Drum Dryer and Rollers
3. Exhaust and Drainage (304 stainless steel Gas Hood; Pipe, etc.)
