1.    The Rice and Wheat Flake Line, which turns rice and wheat into flakes. These can be combined with hot water to produce instant food for infants and babies. The process encompasses stages from the transportation and rinsing of raw materials, slurry formation, and drum dryer baking, to the final packaging of the finished products.
2.    The Potato and Yam Flake/Whole Powder Line, designed to produce from potatoes and yam. This flake or whole powder serves as a ready-to-use raw material for products such as mashed potatoes with original flavor and nutrients. The process flow includes stages like washing, skin steaming, peeling, slicing,blanching, steam cooking, drum dryer baking, and packaging.

Our production is mainly a complete production line for makingflakes from rice, wheat, potato, yam, etc. Process devices of the production lines can be provided separately as well.

There are two major process flows:

  1. Rice and wheat flake line.(To produce flakes from rice and wheat. The flakes can be mixed with hot water to generate instant food for infants and babies.)

Steps to choose the equipment
  1. What kind of product do you want to make? Rice/wheat flakes or potato/yam starch?
  2. What's your expected throughput? How many finished products do you want to make hourly or daily? The production line can vary depending on the production capacity. The commonly used daily capacity is about 10 ~12 T/Day.
  3. Is a turn-key or simi-manual line you preferred? Such as auto-weighing and packaging or manually bagging.

What's the budget to purchase the equipment?
The budget varies with the daily throughput you want. Typically, the rice/wheat production line is between $100K to $300K; the potato/yam production line is between $300Kto $800K.

What's the factory infrastructure requirement?
  1. You need to have good floor space. Typically, a floor layout of 80mX20mX8(drum dryer section) is needed for equipment and 120mX20m is preferred for shop space.
  2. You need to have a boiler. Typically, you need a boiler capacity of 4T/h to get 10T/daily throughput finished products.
  3. You need to have sufficient electrical power. Typically, an electrical power capacity of 150 kW might be expected for the potato production line.

Baking System
1. Drum Dryer and Rollers 
Function: Drum Dryer is used for hatching and baking through realization of speed control and power supply of the Drum Dryer and small rollers.
Description:Drum Dryer and rollers can also hatch and roll up materials, separate materials from Drum Dryer, control slurry axial leakage along drum and rollers and lead the slurry at both ends of small rollers to work area.
